Globe Civil Projects Limited's board, meeting on July 21, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew ~10.5% to ₹3,259.92 million (FY24: ₹2,949.05 million), while net profit jumped ~42% to ₹218.51 million (FY24: ₹153.79 million), translating to EPS of ₹5.52. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to ₹3,784.76 million with net profit of ₹250.51 million, up ~58% YoY. The statutory auditor, Jagdish Chand & Co., issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. However, operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(111.62) million standalone and ₹(107.65) million consolidated, driven by a sharp rise in trade receivables and inventories. The company only recently listed on NSE/BSE on July 1, 2025 after a ₹1,190 million fresh-issue IPO at ₹71 per share.
Strong profit growth and clean audit opinion are positives for the newly-listed stock, but negative operating cash flow and a stretched balance sheet (total borrowings of ~₹1,482 million against equity of ~₹1,063 million) raise concerns about working-capital stress and leverage that investors should monitor closely.
