Globe Civil Projects has informed BSE and NSE about a favorable court ruling in its favor. The District Court in Saket, New Delhi dismissed a civil suit (CS DJ No. 8701/2016) filed by P.D. Verma (through legal representatives) seeking recovery of approximately ₹3.24 crore (including interest) from the company. The court held that the company had already made full and final payment for the work executed and is not liable for any further dues, with the suit found to be without cause of action. Both parties will bear their own costs. The company also clarified to BSE that the initial disclosure was made within 24 hours of receiving the certified court order copy (judgment on Nov 15, order received Nov 18, disclosure submitted Nov 19), complying with SEBI Listing Regulations.
