On the reaction day the stock moved 10.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 10.3 pts more than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Globe Enterprises (India) Limited has increased its authorized share capital from Rs 91 Crore to Rs 151 Crore by amending the MoA, approved at the 31st AGM on September 18, 2026. The capital is now divided into 75.5 crore ordinary shares of Rs 2 each, up from 45.5 crore shares. This gives the company headroom for future fundraising, bonus issues, or stock splits.
No immediate dilution, but expanded authorized capital signals room for future share issuance, fundraising, or a bonus or split down the line.
