The board allotted 55,977,294 fully paid bonus shares of Rs 5 each to shareholders on the record date of October 15, 2025. Eligible shareholders receive one bonus share for every existing share. Paid-up equity capital increased to Rs 55,97,72,940, comprising 111,954,588 shares.
The share count doubles without changing shareholders' total ownership value. The larger tradable share base may improve liquidity, but bonus shares do not add value.
