On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than its Breweries & Distilleries peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Q2 FY27 revenue rose 15% to INR758 crore. Manufacturing EBITDA was INR4.6 per litre, below the retained long-term INR5-7 range because of grain and fuel costs, although management expects better second-half margins. Prestige and Above revenue rose 54% to INR59.9 crore and neared breakeven. Long-term contracts with oil companies support higher next-year volumes. The INR200 crore share issue helped cut debt by INR200 crore by September.
Lower debt and improving premium spirits support the outlook, but input costs and growth spending may limit near-term earnings.
