For the September 2026 quarter, Globus Spirits reported unaudited consolidated revenue of Rs 1,098.93 crore, up 26.1% year on year, but profit after tax fell to Rs 14.25 crore from Rs 21.81 crore. First-half revenue rose 23.4% to Rs 2,250.81 crore and operating cash flow was Rs 139.19 crore. EBITDA margin slipped to 5.8% from 7.1%. A Rs 200 crore share placement was completed. The auditor highlighted a Rs 40.94 crore tax demand under appeal.
Sales growth and cash flow are supportive, but lower profit, margin compression, share dilution and tax appeal risk may cap gains.
