Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited standalone and consolidated results. Standalone revenue rose 39% YoY to Rs 234.51 cr from Rs 168.16 cr. PAT fell about 10% YoY to Rs 10.69 cr from Rs 11.94 cr, hit by higher depreciation and lower other income. Operating margin compressed to 6.95% from 10.05% YoY as IPO-funded capex lifted depreciation and amortisation. Freight forwarding remains the sole segment. Limited review by CNGSN and Associates was clean. Out of Rs 159.99 cr IPO proceeds, Rs 72.38 cr utilised so far with no deviation from stated objects. No investor complaints pending.
Strong revenue growth signals expansion, but margin compression and PAT dip may weigh on stock. Keep an eye on IPO fund deployment pace.
