For the September 2025 quarter, group revenue rose 12% to Rs902.34 crore and profit after tax rose 158% to Rs39.38 crore. Half-year profit rose 34% to Rs49.53 crore on revenue of Rs1,696.89 crore; operating cash flow was Rs64.76 crore. The auditor's review found no exception. A Rs1 per share interim dividend totals Rs4.50 crore, with November 17 as the record date. Prior figures were restated after MixPro accounting was finalised.
Sharp profit growth and the dividend may support sentiment, but group revenue grew 12% and prior figures were restated.
