GNG Electronics, India's largest refurbisher of laptops and desktops, filed its FY26 annual report. Revenue grew 34% year on year to Rs 1,891 crore, EBITDA jumped 59% to Rs 201 crore, and profit after tax rose 91% to Rs 132 crore. EBITDA margin expanded 166 basis points to 10.6% and PAT margin reached 7.0%. The company refurbished 726,872 devices (up 23%), operates across 46 countries with 4,895 touchpoints, and grew headcount to about 2,148. Debt-equity ratio improved sharply to 0.55x from 1.97x after IPO proceeds deployment. FY26 was its first year as a listed company. The 20th AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
