On the reaction day the stock moved 7.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.0 pts more than its Computers Hardware & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
GNG Electronics promoter Vidhi S Khandelwal plans to sell up to 45 lakh shares (3.95% of paid-up capital) in the open market by June 19, 2026 to help it meet the mandatory 25% minimum public shareholding rule. Promoter and promoter group holding will drop from 78.71% to 74.76%. The sale will be done in one or more tranches. The promoter has undertaken not to buy shares on the days of selling.
Higher floating stock and near-term supply from the promoter sale may pressure the stock, though it brings the company closer to MPS compliance.
