Go Fashion board approved buyback of up to 14.13 lakh equity shares (2.62% of paid-up capital) at Rs 460 per share through the tender offer route, for up to Rs 64.998 crore in total. This represents 9.44% of paid-up capital and free reserves. The offer price carries a premium of about 10.19% and 15.38% over the volume weighted average market price on BSE and NSE respectively, in the two weeks before the intimation. Record date is February 9, 2026.
Shareholders can tender shares for cash at a healthy premium or hold on; buyback typically supports price and improves EPS.
