Go Fashion reported FY26 revenue of ₹838 cr, down 1.2% YoY from ₹848 cr. PAT fell sharply to ₹59.2 cr from ₹93.5 cr, a ~37% decline, with EPS at ₹10.97 vs ₹17.31. Margins compressed as expenses rose faster than revenue. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified (clean) opinion. Board approved reclassification of 26 promoter group entities (all with nil holdings) to public category. Buyback of 14.13 lakh shares at ₹460 each (~₹65 cr) was completed in Feb 2026.
Sharp 37% PAT fall signals margin pressure; clean audit and completed buyback are positives. Promoter reclassification is procedural with no shareholding impact.
