Go Fashion reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 194.89 crore, down about 9% YoY from Rs 214.73 crore. Q3 PAT fell to Rs 7.17 crore from Rs 7.93 crore. For 9M FY26, revenue was nearly flat at Rs 641.89 crore while PAT dropped about 28% to Rs 17.40 crore. Margins compressed sharply. Board also approved buyback of up to 14.13 lakh shares (2.62% of paid-up capital) at Rs 460 per share, totalling up to Rs 64.998 crore, through tender offer. Promoters will not participate. Record date is February 9, 2026.
Weak Q3 earnings raise concerns, but buyback of 2.62% at Rs 460 may provide near-term price support for non-promoter shareholders.
