On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Gems, Jewellery And Watches peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Goblin India filed revised audited FY26 results after a BSE query. Auditors gave a qualified opinion on both standalone and consolidated numbers, citing non-availability of GST electronic credit ledger and reconciliations, non-filing of Income Tax return for AY 2025-26, and unpaid TDS liabilities with no provision for penalties or contingent liabilities. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 3,903.87 lakh (from Rs 3,729.36 lakh, up about 4.7%) with net profit at Rs 156.08 lakh versus Rs 140.48 lakh. Consolidated revenue was nearly flat at Rs 5,537.81 lakh, net profit at Rs 230.83 lakh versus Rs 242.30 lakh.
Tax and GST compliance gaps plus a qualified auditor opinion are governance red flags, even though standalone profits show modest improvement year on year.
