Godavari Drugs board on 14 Aug 2026 approved allotment of 7,86,690 equity shares to promoter group on conversion of warrants at Rs. 89 per share (Rs. 10 premium). Company received Rs. 5.25 crore as remaining 75 percent payment. Paid-up capital rose from Rs. 10.13 crore to Rs. 10.91 crore, with share count going from 1.01 crore to 1.09 crore. About 15.73 lakh warrants still pending conversion. Allottees are members of the Jaju and Kakani families.
Promoter group holding increases; minor dilution for existing shareholders. Short-term EPS may dip slightly due to higher share count.
