On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.3 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved up to 2,04,08,220 warrants at Rs 245 each, a Rs 244 premium, raising about Rs 500 crore if fully subscribed. Each warrant converts into one equity share of Rs 1 face value within 18 months. The issue is to seven investors, including promoters and non-promoters, and needs shareholder approval on October 15, 2025.
The raise can strengthen company funds, but full conversion would add about 2.04 crore shares and dilute existing holders. Approval and allotment remain pending.
