GCPL board declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share (500 percent on face value of Re 1) for FY 2025-26. Record date is January 30, 2026, and payment is on or before February 22, 2026. Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue grew about 9 percent YoY to Rs 4,099 crore, while profit after tax was nearly flat at Rs 498 crore versus Rs 498 crore last year. Nine-month revenue rose to Rs 11,586 crore from Rs 10,766 crore.
Shareholders entitled to Rs 5 per share interim dividend. Stock may see modest positive sentiment, though flat YoY profit growth tempers excitement.
