GCPL posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 4,099 crore, up about 9 percent YoY. PAT was nearly flat at Rs 498 crore vs Rs 498 crore last year. Standalone revenue grew 11 percent to Rs 2,510 crore with PAT up 12 percent at Rs 383 crore. India and Africa drove growth while Indonesia dipped. Operating margin expanded to 21.6 percent from 20.1 percent. Exceptional items of Rs 91 crore in Q3 included Rs 44 crore Labour code impact and Rs 23 crore US hair relaxer litigation. Board declared Rs 5 per share interim dividend.
Decent revenue growth and margin expansion offset by flat PAT and one-time charges. Rs 5 dividend is positive for shareholders.
