Godrej Properties posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 121.09 cr (up 14% YoY) and PAT of Rs 60.54 cr (up 8% YoY). Consolidated revenue grew 16.5% to Rs 506.17 cr but PAT fell 42% to Rs 349.38 cr, hit by lower share of JV/associate profit and lower other income. Adjusted EBITDA margin shrank to 41.7% from 58.1%. Auditor flagged excess remuneration of Rs 21.76 cr paid to Executive Chairperson, pending shareholder approval. NCLT cleared merger of Embellish Houses with the company.
Mixed bag: standalone steady but consolidated PAT weak on lower JV profits; margin compression may weigh on short-term sentiment.
