Godrej Properties has fully repaid Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth Rs. 750 crore on their scheduled maturity date of July 3, 2026. As a result, ICRA has formally withdrawn the credit rating assigned to these redeemed NCDs at the company's request. Importantly, the rating on the company's remaining NCDs of Rs. 5,250 crore has been reaffirmed at [ICRA]AA+ (Stable). Ratings on the Commercial Paper programme of Rs. 3,500 crore ([ICRA]A1+) and bank facilities of Rs. 11,000 crore have also been reaffirmed, indicating no change in the overall credit profile.
The timely repayment of Rs. 750 crore in NCDs reflects healthy cash flow and disciplined debt management. With ratings reaffirmed at AA+ (Stable) — a strong investment grade — across all outstanding instruments, shareholder and lender confidence in the company's creditworthiness remains intact, with no negative rating action.
