For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations fell 32% to INR 740.38 crore from INR 1,093.23 crore. Profit after tax rose 21% to INR 402.99 crore, helped by an INR 1,398.85 crore valuation gain after taking control of a joint venture. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 33.72% from 24.52%. Half-year operating cash outflow widened to INR 1,532.17 crore.
Profit and margins rose, but falling revenue, reliance on valuation gains and higher cash use make the profit rise less dependable for investors.
