Ankur Gogia's holding jumped from 73,000 shares (1.15%) to 34,53,451 shares (54.63%), crossing the 5% disclosure threshold under SEBI SAST Regulations. The transfer is essentially an inter-se promoter reshuffle, as Satish Gogia disposed of his entire stake in the company. Total share capital remains unchanged at 63,21,106 equity shares.
