Withdrawal of promoter-to-public reclassification application

The company has withdrawn its application to reclassify Mr. Satish Gogia from the Promoter and Promoter Group category to the Public category under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A. The original application was filed on 24 September 2026. After BSE raised a query on Regulation 31A(3)(b), the company chose to withdraw the application without prejudice to re-evaluate the regulatory framework around inter-generational succession and complete procedural and internal alignments. The company reserves the right to file a fresh application later after meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. No change in actual shareholding is involved.
