Gokul Agro Resources posted strong Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue rose 38 percent year on year to about Rs 6,638 crore; net profit jumped around 42 percent to Rs 101 crore. The board approved doubling the borrowing limit from Rs 4,000 crore to Rs 8,000 crore, pending shareholder approval, and adding food, agriculture, and biofuels to its business scope. The statutory auditor changed mid-year from Surana Maloo to Pipara and Co.
Strong earnings growth and expansion plans are positive. Doubled borrowing limit and mid-year auditor change warrant close watch.
