Net profit after tax grew 55% to Rs. 38.69 crore from Rs. 24.96 crore. Standalone revenue was Rs. 2,212.15 crore (up 29%) with PAT of Rs. 31.75 crore (up 58%). EPS improved from Rs. 8.32 to Rs. 12.52 on consolidated basis. The Board approved Rs. 430 crore capital expenditure for capacity expansion across all plants and Rs. 12.50 crore for a solar power project at Krishnapatnam plant. Two new independent directors were appointed. The auditor gave an unmodified (clean) opinion with no going concern issues.
Strong profit growth of over 50% year-on-year is positive for shareholders. The Rs. 430 crore capex plan signals expansion ambitions but will require careful monitoring of debt levels. Clean audit opinion provides comfort on financial reporting quality.
