Gokul Agro posted Q2 FY27 revenue of INR 7,481 crore, up 13%, operating profit of INR 276 crore, up 41%, and net profit of INR 150 crore, up 40%. The margin improved to 3.68% from 2.94%. Management expects 10% volume growth in FY28 and 10% to 15% yearly thereafter, with margins of 3.5% to 4%, as about 8 lakh tonnes of annual capacity is added by October 2027. Management called the higher September inventory temporary.
Positive: faster profit growth, lower borrowing relative to equity and added capacity support the outlook, but inventory and commodity-price swings remain risks.
