Gokul Agro Resources reported strong full-year results for FY2026 with consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 2,407.70 crore, up ~23% from Rs. 1,955.08 crore in FY2025. Consolidated PAT grew 50.6% to Rs. 37,006.55 lakh from Rs. 24,565.79 lakh. For Q4 FY2026 standalone, PAT stood at Rs. 10,430.48 lakh vs Rs. 3,527.92 lakh in Q4 FY2025. The company declared an unmodified auditor opinion with no qualifications. The board approved Rs. 430 crore CAPEX for capacity expansion across all plants and Rs. 12.50 crore for a solar power project at Krishnapatnam. Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors were appointed: Mr. Rajesh Chhaganbhai Tarpara and Dr. Pritha Dev.
Revenue growth of ~23% YoY and PAT growth of ~50% YoY reflect strong operational performance. The Rs. 442.5 crore capex commitment signals confidence in future growth, though it will increase debt levels. Unmodified audit opinion is a positive signal for investors.
