Gokul Refoils has reported its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,075.6 crores from Rs. 1,006.8 crores in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 6.8%. Consolidated net profit for Q3 jumped sharply to Rs. 5.25 crores from just Rs. 0.58 crores in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 3,064.7 crores (up 15.6% from Rs. 2,650.8 crores) and net profit rose to Rs. 12.63 crores from Rs. 8.17 crores, a 54.6% increase. Standalone results show a dramatic revenue jump from a very low base (Rs. 6.69 lakhs in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 279.0 crores in Q3 FY26), with a standalone Q3 net profit of Rs. 56.33 lakhs. The statutory auditor, M.R. Pandhi & Associates, issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong bottom-line growth, with Q3 net profit rising over 8x year-on-year on a consolidated basis, signals improving operating efficiency and margin expansion for the edible oils business. This is a positive read for shareholders, though the high growth partly reflects a low base in the prior year quarter.
