Gold Coin Health Foods posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) revenue from operations of Rs 1.82 lakh, down from Rs 1.92 lakh YoY. Net loss was Rs 8.84 lakh versus a profit of Rs 3.50 lakh in Q1 FY26, as the year-ago base included a one-time gain on land disposal. Total expenses rose to Rs 10.65 lakh from Rs 9.15 lakh, partly due to NSDL, CDSL and BSE fees for a capital reduction scheme. EPS swung to negative 0.59 from positive 0.12. Reserves remain negative at about Rs 52.79 lakh. EPS was restated for a 2-for-1 share consolidation effective December 2025.
Weak quarter with a net loss and continued negative reserves point to ongoing financial stress for this small-cap company.
