Gold Rock Investments Limited, a non-banking financial company, approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Total income surged to Rs. 2,522.51 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 460.34 lakhs in FY24, while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 2,124.38 lakhs from Rs. 251.25 lakhs. However, the company explicitly disclosed that Rs. 1,976.45 lakhs came from a one-time, non-recurring sale of long-term investments and does not reflect ongoing operations. Excluding this, recurring performance was modest. The board also appointed Neha Anup Poddar as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26-FY30) and re-appointed Neeta Bansal as Internal Auditor for FY26. Statutory auditor Rajeev Sharma & Associates issued an unmodified opinion.
Shareholders should note that headline earnings are inflated by a one-time investment gain, so recurring profitability is far lower than the numbers suggest. Q4 standalone PAT was actually a loss of Rs. 146.92 lakhs, and operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs. (1,027.15) lakhs, indicating weak cash generation from core activities despite the accounting profit.
