Goldiam International reported its highest ever revenue, EBITDA and PAT for FY2026, crossing the INR1,000 crore revenue milestone for the first time. Consolidated revenue grew 27.5% to INR1,212.3 million and PAT surged 45.7% to INR1,705.9 million. Q4 FY26 revenue was INR2,433 million (+21% YoY) and PAT was INR372 million (+61% YoY). EBITDA margin stood at 23.9% in Q4 and 24.3% for the full year. Cash and investments were INR4,933.9 million as of March 31, 2026. The company also announced a 1:3 bonus share issue subject to shareholder approval. Management highlighted the hybrid US-India casting model as the key driver of margin expansion (200-300 bps incremental) and stated they are tariff-agnostic due to SEZ benefits. For the ORIGEM B2C brand, there are 24 operational stores with 8 more planned by September 2026 targeting 45-50 stores by FY27 end. ORIGEM generated INR55.6 million in Q4 with an EBITDA loss of INR15 crore for FY26. Management guided for double-digit revenue growth in FY27 and an exit revenue of INR7 crore per month for ORIGEM.
Strong all-round growth with margin expansion potential from the hybrid casting model. The B2C ORIGEM expansion is a near-term drag on profitability but management expects mature stores to reach breakeven within 6-9 months and contribute to long-term growth. The bonus issue signals confidence in future performance.
