Goodluck India reported its audited results for Q4 and full year FY25. Total income from operations grew 11.7% YoY to Rs 393.6 crore (FY25), while Q4 FY25 saw a sharper 22.4% jump to Rs 110.5 crore. EBITDA rose 16.3% to Rs 34.1 crore for the year, with margin expanding to 8.66% from about 8.31% earlier, and Q4 EBITDA margin at 8.44%. Net profit for FY25 grew 23.9% to Rs 16.2 crore, with EPS at Rs 49.71 versus Rs 45.92. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share (200%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The Board also appointed new Secretarial, Internal, and Cost Auditors for FY26.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits, margin expansion, and a 200% dividend signal robust operational health and shareholder rewards. The unmodified audit opinion removes any accounting concerns, and capacity additions plus a new defence & aerospace subsidiary point to future growth, likely positive for the stock.
