On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Goodluck India: Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue was INR13.7 billion, up 38%, and H1 profit after tax rose 42.4%. It has INR350 crore of defence orders plus more pipeline and expects 15% to 20% revenue growth. Targets: defence revenue over INR1,000 crore by FY29 and aerospace revenue of INR180 crore in four to five years. Defence and green energy units may merge with Goodluck India. Debt is near 2.5 times earnings and is planned to fall.
Strong growth and long-term targets may support the stock, but higher freight and fuel costs, merger approvals and execution delays remain risks.
