Gothi Plascon India reported its H1 FY26 results for the period ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 241.22 lacs in H1 FY26 from Rs. 210.80 lacs in H1 FY25, with Q2 standalone revenue jumping about 41% YoY to Rs. 149.46 lacs (vs Rs. 105.80 lacs). Profit after tax for H1 stood at Rs. 116.61 lacs vs Rs. 105.77 lacs earlier, while Q2 PAT surged nearly 38% YoY to Rs. 80.78 lacs. Total expenses climbed to Rs. 122.87 lacs (from Rs. 96.01 lacs) driven by employee costs, depreciation, finance costs (Rs. 10.55 lacs vs nil), director remuneration and donations. Operating cash flow improved meaningfully to Rs. 12.13 lacs (vs Rs. -1.28 lacs) and cash balance turned positive at Rs. 7.12 lacs.
Strong Q2 revenue and PAT growth are positive signals for shareholders, though margins remain thin given modest scale and the emergence of finance costs. Investors may view the improved cash generation and cleaner balance sheet favourably, but should watch for sustainability of growth and the unusual donation line-item.
