GP Petroleums reported consolidated revenue of Rs 64,261.09 Lakhs for FY26, up 5.4% from Rs 60,984.41 Lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax stood at Rs 2,647.49 Lakhs, marginally higher than Rs 2,632.42 Lakhs in the previous year. An exceptional item of Rs 326.33 Lakhs was recorded due to incremental employee benefit liability arising from new Labour Codes. The company has one joint venture, Amron Oil Resources, which incurred a loss of Rs 60.01 Lakhs in its first year of operations. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. The Board also approved acquisition of adjoining land from a related party at Raliawas, Haryana.
Revenue showed modest growth while PAT remained largely flat due to exceptional costs from labour code changes. The unmodified audit opinion is positive for investors. Related party land acquisition may require closer monitoring.
