GP Petroleums filed its unaudited Q2 FY27 results presentation. Q2 revenue rose 124% YoY to ₹340.75 crore, but profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell 26% QoQ to ₹21.04 crore and net profit fell 28% to ₹15.27 crore as raw material costs rose and trading sales increased. H1 revenue was ₹571.08 crore and net profit ₹36.46 crore. Board approved a ₹44.27 crore Pipavav terminal purchase and ₹130 crore fundraising.
Strong YoY growth is positive, but QoQ margin compression, 13% borrowing costs and terminal expansion add execution risk to shareholder returns.
