Board approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results for September 2026. Q2 revenue rose to Rs 340.75 crore from Rs 152.85 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax increased to Rs 15.27 crore from Rs 5.47 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 571.08 crore and profit after tax Rs 36.46 crore. Half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs 5.29 crore versus positive Rs 13.31 crore. Arjun Verma became managing director and Ayush Goel executive chairman.
Strong profit growth supports sentiment, but negative operating cash flow from rising receivables may weigh on near-term stock performance.
