Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Graphite India subscribed for 778,575 shares of Godi India at Rs 754.05 each against Rs 10 face value, for total consideration of Rs 58.71 crore. It paid Rs 200 per share upfront, with calls due later. Its stake rose from 45.76% to 52.68%. Godi India develops supercapacitors and battery materials but has not begun commercial operations; FY26 turnover was Rs 113.93 lakh and net loss Rs 1,404.92 lakh.
GIL's larger stake gives it control of Godi India, but adds cash commitment and exposure to a business with no commercial sales and large losses.
