Grasim Industries reported 30% revenue growth for FY26 at Rs 41,039 crore versus Rs 31,563 crore in FY25. Net profit grew 64% to Rs 348 crore from Rs 212 crore, with EPS improving to Rs 5.14 from Rs 3.18. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per share (500%). Exceptional items of Rs 129.53 crore included impairment at Chemical Vilayat plant (Rs 47.86 crore), labour code change impact (Rs 34.17 crore), and exposure provisions in joint ventures (Rs 47.50 crore). Operating margin expanded to 4.62% from 3.91%. The company also announced a change in auditor, replacing BSR & Co. with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
