Grasim Industries Board has recommended a dividend of 500% (₹10 per equity share) on face value of ₹2 per share for FY2025-26. The standalone net profit for the year stands at ₹348.39 crore compared to ₹212.10 crore in the previous year, representing a 64% increase. Revenue from operations grew to ₹41,039.48 crore from ₹31,563.23 crore year-on-year. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company also announced appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Joint Statutory Auditor for 5 years, replacing BSR & Co. LLP.
The 64% rise in net profit and recommended dividend signals strong financial performance. Shareholders can expect steady dividend income pending AGM approval.
