Graviss Hospitality Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026): Standalone revenue rose about 20% YoY to Rs 1,343 lakhs versus Rs 1,115 lakhs. Consolidated revenue at Rs 1,381 lakhs versus Rs 1,170 lakhs. However, standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 100 lakhs (vs Rs 176 lakhs loss), while consolidated net loss was Rs 152 lakhs (vs Rs 222 lakhs). Exceptional items of Rs 27 lakhs booked. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on three subsidiaries whose accumulated losses exceed their net worth; management views interest-free loans to them as recoverable.
Strong revenue growth is encouraging, but persistent quarterly losses and the auditor's flag on weak subsidiaries may keep sentiment cautious.
