On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Industrial Minerals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated September quarter revenue rose 37.8% to Rs 1,427.35 crore and net profit rose 6.3% to Rs 102.03 crore. Six-month revenue rose 39.9%, but profit rose 10.3% to Rs 208.40 crore; the March 2026 acquisition means the comparison is not exact. Consolidated six-month cash from operations was negative Rs 68.42 crore. Interim dividend: Rs 7.70 per share, Rs 56.83 crore. A Rs 70.10 crore customs demand is under appeal and was not adjusted.
Revenue growth and dividend may support sentiment, but profit rose only 6%, standalone profit fell, cash flow was negative and customs risk remains.
