Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Greaves Cotton's subsidiary Greaves Electric Mobility (GEML) completed a fully subscribed rights issue of INR 530 crore. Existing shareholders Greaves Cotton and Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions participated in proportion to their holdings. Capital will fund next-gen products, battery management systems, power trains, and new technology development. GEML noted it will not use the SEBI extension and remains committed to a public listing at an appropriate time, subject to market and regulatory conditions.
Signals strong shareholder confidence in GEML's EV growth; no direct capital raised by Greaves Cotton itself.
