CARE Ratings has reaffirmed Greenlam Industries bank facility ratings at AA- for long term and A1+ for short term, covering about Rs 806 crore of facilities. The key positive change is the outlook on long term ratings being upgraded from Negative to Stable. Additionally, long term bank facility limits were enhanced from Rs 71.52 crore to Rs 169.02 crore, and combined long/short term limits rose from Rs 277.50 crore to Rs 327.50 crore.
Positive for shareholders. Improved outlook signals easing credit concerns, may support borrowing costs and boost investor confidence.
