Greenlam Industries reported annual standalone revenue of Rs 2,415.19 crore for FY ended March 2026, up 9.4% from Rs 2,206.86 crore in the prior year. Standalone PAT grew 23.1% to Rs 138.64 crore from Rs 112.61 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 18.6% to Rs 3,046.08 crore, but consolidated PAT declined to Rs 56.02 crore from Rs 68.35 crore, impacted by forex losses of Rs 7.17 crore on ECB borrowings for the Chipboard project. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.40 per share. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also announced voluntary liquidation of PT Greenlam Asia Pacific (Batam) subsidiary and reappointed Yogesh Kapur as Independent Director.
Positive for standalone performance with strong PAT growth, but consolidated PAT decline due to forex losses may concern investors. Clean audit opinions and dividend recommendation are reassuring for shareholders.
