Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Greenply Q3 FY26 standalone revenue rose 8.3 percent YoY to Rs 500.54 cr but PAT fell 26 percent to Rs 17.98 cr. Consolidated revenue was Rs 673.40 cr with PAT at Rs 14.34 cr. Nine-month consolidated PAT dropped about 32 percent. An exceptional item of Rs 3.40 cr (standalone) and Rs 3.85 cr (consolidated) was booked for new Labour Codes impact. Board approved INR 425 cr MDF capacity expansion at the Vadodara subsidiary plant, adding 600-700 CBM per day by Q2 FY28, funded via INR 125 cr equity infusion plus borrowings. Limited review by BSR and Co LLP was unmodified.
Profit decline is a worry despite revenue growth. Large capex signals growth push but adds funding and execution risk over the next two to three years.
