Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 16.1% to INR799.7 crore, while core EBITDA was INR89.2 crore at an 11.2% margin, up 300 basis points year on year. Plywood volume grew 6.1%. Management kept FY27 MDF volume growth guidance at about 20% with a 15% to 16% core EBITDA margin. A 15 million square metre Sandila plywood line, costing INR125 crore, is planned to start in Q4 FY28, with revenue potential of INR320 crore to INR340 crore.
Q2 margins improved and FY27 MDF guidance was retained. FY28 capacity supports growth, but capex and competition may pressure cash flow and returns.
