Standalone revenue grew 30.6% to Rs 334.1 cr with net profit of Rs 18.57 cr, up 13.8% YoY. Food segment revenue jumped to Rs 374 cr from Rs 294 cr. EPS diluted due to 2:1 bonus issue done last year. Auditors gave an unqualified limited review report.
Strong top-line growth in food and edible oil segments. Margins largely stable. Bonus share adjustment explains EPS dilution despite profit growth.
