Groarc Industries India Ltd (formerly Telesys Info-Infra) reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹80.53 lakhs, sharply down from ₹195 lakhs in Q3 FY25 and ₹2,253.99 lakhs in the preceding quarter. Nine-month revenue dropped to ₹2,413.05 lakhs versus ₹3,445.86 lakhs a year earlier, a roughly 30% decline. Despite the weak top line, the company swung to a Q3 profit of ₹82.01 lakhs (EPS ₹0.40) versus a ₹3.15 lakh loss in Q3 FY25, but stayed in the red on a nine-month basis with a loss of ₹18.57 lakhs against a profit of ₹60.44 lakhs last year. Costs fell in line with revenues, and the statutory auditor Venkat & Rangaa LLP issued an unqualified Limited Review Report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Sharp sequential and year-on-year revenue contraction points to a weak quarter for shareholders, though the small Q3 profit is a mild positive. Investors should watch whether the steep revenue slump reverses in coming quarters, as the company remains loss-making on a year-to-date basis.
