Grovy India reported H1 FY27 revenue of ₹54.76 crore, up 129.84% YoY. Q2 PAT was ₹2.02 crore and H1 PAT ₹3.92 crore. Borrowings fell 89.62% from March to ₹2.59 crore. A ₹15.01 crore preferential issue funded expansion. About 1.83 lakh sq ft is under execution, first deliveries are due in Q3 FY27, and three more projects are in the pipeline. Management plans more fundraising, asset partnerships and 20-25 projects a year within three years.
Revenue growth, lower debt and expansion support earnings. The preferential issue dilutes holders, while fundraising and execution add risk.
